What if I receive a defective product or my kit came damaged?Let us know immediately with pictures of the damaged product(s) by emailing us at justconceived@gmail.com. We will ship you a replacement immediately if the product is in stock. If it is not, then you will receive store credit. Reported damaged products reports will be accepted only within 30 days of the delivery date.
